New account dashboard

We are excited to introduce Sendloop’s upcoming user interface and new account dashboard. We received tremendous amount of feedback from our users in the last few months related to account dashboard and prepared this new dashboard. It gives you all metrics about your most recent campaign and also lets you to switch between campaigns. Here’s a screen shot:

Several new features are queued for release in a few weeks including;

Email Client StatisticsWe are excited to announce a new and cool email campaign statistics feature in recent Sendloop update. From now on, you will see which email clients (and versions of course) are being used to open your emails.

This is a very useful email metrics which will help you to optimize your email design for the most popular email clients that are being used by your recipients.

We have been testing this feature for almost 2 months and analyzed more than 30 million data so far.

This feature already started to make our life easier, we hope it helps you too.

We have been working on new email analytics and reports for the last few months and we are excited to announce that Sendloop users will start getting more reports from their email campaigns very soon. These reports include;

  • More detailed email open reports like skim read, read, delete
  • Email printing reports
  • Email forward (real forward – clicking to forward button of the email application)
  • Email client statistics (you will be amazed once you start to see which email clients are used by your recipients)
  • iPad/iPhone and printer friendly email campaign reports
  • and more…

We have collected over 80 million data in the last two months and already analyzing our new email campaign metrics.

Stay tuned, we are now experimenting and fine tuning last few things.
