For a better customer service experience…

We are always looking for different ways to provide better and faster service to our users whenever they need help or assistance from our side. Until now, we were providing support service via email but this has started to become a problem while our user base was growing.

We have built a brand new support center and embedded it into user area. Sendloop users can reach their support desks by clicking “Support” link on the top menu:

We did our best to keep the support center as simple as possible. Once you enter into your support center, a warm welcome message will be displayed to you.

Below the welcome message, you will see your tickets. You will be able to open a new support ticket or update existing ones with a few clicks.

This new support desk will let us to provide a faster customer service to you, also it will let you to reach your old tickets, re-open or update them.

We hope you like the new support desk and always, feel free to share your feedback with us.

Well, this was a delayed decision but finally it’s here: Sendloop Community Forums.

As most of you know, we were using GetSatisfaction to host our community discussion area, however it was too far away from being a warm place to be a community discussion area. Therefore, we decided to stop using GetSatisfaction and host our own forum area on the website.

We searched for a good, easy-to-customize forum application written in php and made a decission on bbPress. It’s been developed by the WordPress team. It’s easy, based on the same WordPress backend and easy to customize.

In just a few days, we customized the user interface, wrote some plug-ins for it and prepared our new community discussion forums on the website. Check it out:

Come and say hello. It’s new, there’s no so many topics and discussions at the moment but we believe it will be popular across our user base and visitors in a very short time.

New Community Discussion Area

We have been searching for a good, easy-to-manage and customizable forum web application for a while with no luck. Then suddenly, we came across GetSatisfaction.com service which brings customers and companies together and provide a good discussion area.

We decided to use GetSatisfaction.com as a discussion area of Sendloop and setup our community account over there.

You can browse latest 15 discussion topics on our Community page and post new discussion threads.

Our new discussion area open to any topic related about email marketing, managing subscriber lists, email deliverability, email design and other related topics.
