We are enrolled in many SPAM complaint programs including Hotmail, AOL, etc. When you send an email campaign, some of your recipients may mark your email as “SPAM”. This kind of SPAM complaints are automatically detected by our system and those subscribers are removed from your lists.

Sendloop SPAM Complaint Report

You can now view how many of your subscribers have reported your email campaign as  SPAM. This will give you an idea about the “quality” of your subscriber lists to avoid this kind of problems in the future.

One of the most requested feature is now available in Sendloop. You can tag your campaigns and filter your campaign lists for better browsing and management.

It was becoming a real problem when your campaigns were growing, list was becoming long enough to get lost and especially if you were sending email campaings for different companies/topics, it was a nightmare to organize them.

Now, Sendloop supports multiple tagging functionality for campaigns. You can tag your campaigns and filter your campaign list with just a few mouse clicks.

Create unlimited campaign tags and filter your list using different combinations of tags. So easy, so powerful.

Thanks again for sharing your feature requests and feedbacks with us.

[New Feature]: Auto-save functionality

Posted in Feature Showcase | No Comments »

July 30th, 2008 by Cem Hurturk

We have received enough feedbacks to consider adding “auto-save” functionality into campaign creating steps.

Until now, when you have pressed “go back page” button of your browser (or keyboard shortcut), you were loosing your email content written so far.

But now, Sendloop auto-saves your campaign content every 30 seconds to avoid such a data loss. You are safe now, don’t worry about loosing all your email content in just a second by clicking an incorrect browser button.

We hope you like this small but highly useful feature. Thanks for feedbacks.
