We are excited to introduce geo location statistics for email campaigns. We have been tracking geo locations on email campaigns for a while and put geo-location statistics online a few hours ago.
Simply, Sendloop tracks IP location of recipients who click at least one link inside email campaign Sendloop users send. Then this collected IP data is passed through our IP/geo location database and results are displayed under your campaign statistics like the following one:

We are always looking for different ways to provide better and faster service to our users whenever they need help or assistance from our side. Until now, we were providing support service via email but this has started to become a problem while our user base was growing.
We have built a brand new support center and embedded it into user area. Sendloop users can reach their support desks by clicking “Support” link on the top menu:
We did our best to keep the support center as simple as possible. Once you enter into your support center, a warm welcome message will be displayed to you.
Below the welcome message, you will see your tickets. You will be able to open a new support ticket or update existing ones with a few clicks.
This new support desk will let us to provide a faster customer service to you, also it will let you to reach your old tickets, re-open or update them.

We are excited to introduce you another new feature, domain alias. Until now, you were accessing your Sendloop account via youraccount.sendloop.com sub-domain. From now on, you can setup your own domain alias, map it to your Sendloop account and access through your own domain. This feature has two benefits for you:
Sendloop will be running under your own domain (or sub-domain) such as mailer.mydomain.com
All links inside your email campaigns will be pointing back to your domain alias which will let you to use Sendloop as a white-label service.
This feature is totally free and already activated for all Sendloop accounts.
In order to setup domain alias, just setup a CNAME record in your domain DNS and map it to your own Sendloop account. For example, if you wish to access your Sendloop account (example.sendloop.com) via mailer.mydomain.com, you will need to setup a CNAME for;
mailer.mydomain.com CNAME example.sendloop.com

That’s right, we have just pushed a new feature to all Sendloop user accounts. You are not limited to web based rich text editor or HTML coding any more. Use any email client such as Apple Mail, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc. or email service to create your cool email contents and then simply send it to your account stationery inbox email address. It will just take a few seconds and you will have a great email campaign pending in your account.

We have noticed that some of our users were having difficulties on setting up authentication for their domains. Based on feedbacks we have received so far, we have improved our Email Authentication section. It’s now easier to use and provides you a better status report regarding your domain authentication settings.
Congratulations go to our user interface designers and coders for preparing this wonderful email template editor to all Sendloop users.
Sendloop’s new email template editor allows *anyone* to create a professional email without any technical skills. Just point your mouse to editable regions, update the content and click save. That’s all.
In order to create an email based on a template, just click “Template Gallery” option in Campaign Create section:
Select one of the pre-defined email templates from the gallery:
Once your campaign settings is set, Sendloop will display you the new email template editor. Move your mouse over editable regions and click. You will see available options related to that editable region. Add images, change HTML code, change text, duplicate, change order, etc.

Last week, we replaced our rich text editor with a more powerful one and improved it based on our fellow user feedbacks. Now, it’s more functional to make your email design coding even easier.
We also added a direct link to media library within the rich text editor. In this way, you can access your images with a single click and insert them into your email content quickly.
