We are excited to introduce geo location statistics for email campaigns. We have been tracking geo locations on email campaigns for a while and put geo-location statistics online a few hours ago.
Simply, Sendloop tracks IP location of recipients who click at least one link inside email campaign Sendloop users send. Then this collected IP data is passed through our IP/geo location database and results are displayed under your campaign statistics like the following one:

We are always looking for different ways to provide better and faster service to our users whenever they need help or assistance from our side. Until now, we were providing support service via email but this has started to become a problem while our user base was growing.
We have built a brand new support center and embedded it into user area. Sendloop users can reach their support desks by clicking “Support” link on the top menu:
We did our best to keep the support center as simple as possible. Once you enter into your support center, a warm welcome message will be displayed to you.
Below the welcome message, you will see your tickets. You will be able to open a new support ticket or update existing ones with a few clicks.
This new support desk will let us to provide a faster customer service to you, also it will let you to reach your old tickets, re-open or update them.
We hope you like the new support desk and always, feel free to share your feedback with us.

We are excited to introduce you another new feature, domain alias. Until now, you were accessing your Sendloop account via youraccount.sendloop.com sub-domain. From now on, you can setup your own domain alias, map it to your Sendloop account and access through your own domain. This feature has two benefits for you:
- Sendloop will be running under your own domain (or sub-domain) such as mailer.mydomain.com
- All links inside your email campaigns will be pointing back to your domain alias which will let you to use Sendloop as a white-label service.
This feature is totally free and already activated for all Sendloop accounts.
In order to setup domain alias, just setup a CNAME record in your domain DNS and map it to your own Sendloop account. For example, if you wish to access your Sendloop account (example.sendloop.com) via mailer.mydomain.com, you will need to setup a CNAME for;
mailer.mydomain.com CNAME example.sendloop.com

We are excited to introduce Sendloop’s upcoming user interface and new account dashboard. We received tremendous amount of feedback from our users in the last few months related to account dashboard and prepared this new dashboard. It gives you all metrics about your most recent campaign and also lets you to switch between campaigns. Here’s a screen shot:
We also reveal our upcoming user interface change with this feature release. We hope you like it.
Several new features are queued for release in a few weeks including;
- more detailed email metrics like email open durations
- print detections
- real forward detections
- more detailed email client usage statistics
- and several more.

We are excited to announce a new and cool email campaign statistics feature in recent Sendloop update. From now on, you will see which email clients (and versions of course) are being used to open your emails.
This is a very useful email metrics which will help you to optimize your email design for the most popular email clients that are being used by your recipients.
We have been testing this feature for almost 2 months and analyzed more than 30 million data so far.
This feature already started to make our life easier, we hope it helps you too.

We have been working on new email analytics and reports for the last few months and we are excited to announce that Sendloop users will start getting more reports from their email campaigns very soon. These reports include;
- More detailed email open reports like skim read, read, delete
- Email printing reports
- Email forward (real forward – clicking to forward button of the email application)
- Email client statistics (you will be amazed once you start to see which email clients are used by your recipients)
- iPad/iPhone and printer friendly email campaign reports
- and more…
We have collected over 80 million data in the last two months and already analyzing our new email campaign metrics.
Stay tuned, we are now experimenting and fine tuning last few things.

Highrise integration is one of the most popular integration feature being used by our users. Today, we are excited to announce the new tag import feature.
From now on, you can import your contacts which belong to a specific Highrise tag. This makes Highrise integration more powerful and more targeted.
By using this feature, you can copy your Highrise contacts to Sendloop subscriber lists with a single click and send emails which can be tracked and analyzed.

We completed almost all preparations for providing you a white-label platform to let you run your own email marketing service for your customers.

Now, it’s too close to be real. We worked on this platform for the last three months and preparing to make it online in a few weeks.

We are excited about the latest new feature add-on which is about Wufoo integration. Wufoo is the leading information collecting service provider. You can create several different types of forms and collect information from your visitors, customers, etc.
Sendloop is now integrated with Wufoo, which means you can automatically let Wufoo to inform your Sendloop account and submit new form applicant information into your subscriber lists.
The integration is easy and takes only a minute to setup. Existing Sendloop users can enable the Wufoo integration by following the step by step explanation in the following help article:
