We have been silent for a while, sorry about that. We were focused on heavy development and improvement of Sendloop backend and finally we are almost ready to push new features.
In the past 2 months, we have done several improvements such as adding new mail servers to the server farm, improving our deliverability, improving email design testing service and sending performance.
Also, we have focused on new feature developments and started to add these features into Sendloop accounts one by one.
A few days ago, we have enabled “Customer Accounts” feature in Sendloop accounts. This feature will make web designers and agencies happy because if you are sending email campaigns on behalf of your customers, you can let your customers to access and check their email campaign statistics.
There’s no restriction! Create unlimited customer accounts and let them check their campaign statistics.
Sendloop users can find customer management section inside “Settings” section of their Sendloop accounts.

After adding ability to export bounced email addresses, we have received enough requests to add functionality to export both SPAM complaints and unsubscriptions also. Based on the amount of requests we have received, I am happy to announce that these two features have been added into Sendloop today.
With a single click, you can export your unsubscriptions, SPAM complaints, hard and soft bounces.

Simply login to your Sendloop account and browse your lists. On the right side, you will see the links shown above. A single mouse click will be enough to get data from Sendloop.

Well, this was a long-time waited feature request and now it’s available in all Sendloop user accounts. You can now export your hard and soft bounced email addresses with a single click and remove them from your own database easily. Sendloop will export the list for you in CSV format which means it can easily be imported/integrated with any third party application.
In order to export hard and soft bounced email addresses of your account, simply login to your Sendloop account and click “Lists” link on the top menu:

On the subscriber lists screen, you will see two links on the right side:

Click any one of the export link to get your hard or soft bounced emails.
Thanks for sharing your needs and requests with us so far. We have opened a Facebook Page for building an active community and also our community forum is available at http://getsatisfaction.com/sendloop

Another highly requested feature just implemented to Sendloop by the crew: Suppression Lists.
Briefly, suppression list is an exclude list which allows you to exclude specific email addresses in your campaigns.

You can create different suppression lists for every subscriber list you have. Another good news is, SPAM complaints received from major email services such as AOL, Yahoo! and Hotmail are automatically processed by Sendloop and reported recipient email addresses are added into suppression lists. This will avoid you to get black listed in the future.
Click here to read more about how to use Suppression lists.
We hope you like the new feature. Let us know if you have any feedback.

This feature was one of the most requested features in our to do list for the past few months. Today, we are happy to announce that Web Services functionality is now available in Sendloop.
What is Sendloop Web Services?
With the help of Sendloop Web Services, you can get instant notification of subscription and unsubscription events occurring in your Sendloop account, so that you can synchronize your own database based on these notifications.

This feature is a killer feature for any one who has their own database but using Sendloop to send out emails. They will be able to mark email addresses as subscribed or unsubscribed on their own databases based on these notifications.
