[New Feature]: Web Services for data synchronization

This feature was one of the most requested features in our to do list for the past few months. Today, we are happy to announce that Web Services functionality is now available in Sendloop.

What is Sendloop Web Services?

With the help of Sendloop Web Services, you can get instant notification of subscription and unsubscription events occurring in your Sendloop account, so that you can synchronize your own database based on these notifications.

This feature is a killer feature for any one who has their own database but using Sendloop to send out emails. They will be able to mark email addresses as subscribed or unsubscribed on their own databases based on these notifications.

[New Feature]: See how many credits you have

Yesterday, we have improved the “welcome” screen of Sendloop accounts. Now, you can see the number of available Sendloop credits in your welcome screen. There’s no need to click “Manage Account” link to learn how many credits you have.

My Email List is an easy-to-use Facebook application which allows you to collect your friend email addresses and generate a friend conact list over your Sendloop account.

Welcome Thunderbird!

Welcome to our newest email design preview client Mozilla Thunderbird! From now on, whenever you test your email design on Sendloop, it will include screen shots of your email which will be taken on Mozilla Thunderbird as well.

With the latest add-on, Sendloop provides you the screen shots of your email on following email clients and services:

  • Hotmail / Windows Live

[New Feature]: DKIM/DomainKeys Authentication

To maximize your email delivery rate, we added a new authentication method to our backend. Addition to SPF, SenderID authentication methods, you can now authenticate your emails by DKIM/DomainKeys method.

After following a few steps mentioned in our help article, you can activate the authentication for your outgoing emails and maximize your email delivery rate.

[New Feature]: Sendloop White-Labeling Options

We have been working on a great feature for a few days and quite excited to introduce Sendloop’s new *key* feature which lets you to white-label your account under your own domain, product name and logo.

White labeling service costs only $29.95 per month. You can enable this service by your credit card or PayPal account.

Once your white-labeling service is enabled, you can setup your white-labeling options under “Account” link on the top right menu.

Once you setup your white-labeling options, you will be able to access your Sendloop account via your own domain/sub-domain. You can also display your own logo instead of Sendloop logo in your Sendloop account.

We hope you like this new service. We have some more ideas about our white-labeling service, will keep you updated in following weeks.

[New Feature]: PayPal Payments Are Accepted

Thanks to everyone who requested PayPal payment option in Sendloop.

Today, we completed the PayPal integration and Sendloop users can purchase email credits via PayPal addition to credit card purchases.

To purchase via PayPal, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to your account page
  2. Click “Buy email credits” button under your available credits field
  3. Select “PayPal” payment method and enter the credit amount you wish to purchase. Then click “Purchase now” button to complete your purchase.

You will be redirected to PayPal payment page to complete your purchase. Once it’s completed, you will be redirected back to your Sendloop account.

[New Feature]: Shopify.com Integration

Today, we completed a new feature integration into Sendloop which integrates Sendloop with Shopify.com — hosted e-store service.

From now on, Shopify.com users will be able to integrate their e-store to Sendloop easily with a few clicks and perform successful email marketing campaigns without importing or spending time on moving customer data to Sendloop. Just enable the Shopify.com integration and Sendloop/Shopify.com will do the rest for you. You just prepare your newsletter and send it to your Shopify.com e-store customers.

[New Feature]: Email Domain Breakdown

Another highly requested feature is now integrated into Sendloop! Thanks to everyone for suggesting and raising the popularity of this new feature.

Under your subscriber lists, you can now see which email domains are being used and how many emails they have.

This statistics is quite useful while designing your newsletter. You can focus more on more popular email services:

Sendloop will display you the first highest email domains you have in your subscirber list.

[New Feature]: Totals in statistics detail pages

We have been receiving too many requests for publishing totals in details page of campaign statistics. So, we decided to integrate this new small but quite useful feature.

This nice box displays the number of opens, clicks, unsubscriptions, forwards or browser views and compares your campaign rate with your overall account rate. So, you can decide if your campaign is doing good or not.
