As we have announced last week, we are dropping usernames for Sendloop accounts. Starting from today, Sendloop account owners may login to their accounts by using the registered email address on their accounts.

We know that this may cause some difficulties, especially if you are not remembering the registered email address on your account. However, you can retrieve your email address by contacting our team at anytime.

Also, don’t forget to consider enabling the extra mobile phone confirmation security layer which has been announced a few weeks ago.
