Well, this was a long-time waited feature request and now it’s available in all Sendloop user accounts. You can now export your hard and soft bounced email addresses with a single click and remove them from your own database easily. Sendloop will export the list for you in CSV format which means it can easily be imported/integrated with any third party application.
In order to export hard and soft bounced email addresses of your account, simply login to your Sendloop account and click “Lists” link on the top menu:
On the subscriber lists screen, you will see two links on the right side:
Click any one of the export link to get your hard or soft bounced emails.
Thanks for sharing your needs and requests with us so far. We have opened a Facebook Page for building an active community and also our community forum is available at http://getsatisfaction.com/sendloop
All Sendloop users are affiliates from now on! This means that if you are a Sendloop user, you can start earning email credits by simply inserting affiliate link into your email campaigns. For the first purchase of every new user coming from your affiliate link, we will be crediting your Sendloop account for 25% of the purchased email credits. If your commission is lower than 1500 credits, we will automatically credit you for 1500 credits.
In order to include affiliate link inside your email campaigns, just select the affiliate link from your personalization list and insert it into appropriate location in your email content:
And here’s an example HTML code for the affiliate link:
When you are sending an email campaign to your community, it’s important to make it attractive for maximizing the open and conversion rates. You have only a few seconds to attract the attention of the recipient and encourage him/her to open your email instead of removing it.
The “from name” and “email subject” plays the biggest role in helping your recipient to make a decision: Delete or Open.
However, there’s one more thing about the from name. In fact, it’s more important. Your “from name” affects the delivery rate of your email campaigns. Big email services such as Hotmail pays big attention to from name of incoming emails and mark them “dangerous to open” or “valid”.
For example, if you send an email with the from name “youremail@domain.com” and from email “youremail@domain.com” (the proper email header will be From: “youremail@domain.com” <youremail@domain.com>), your email will be marked as “dangerous” by Hotmail and it will ask your recipient to confirm if he wishes to open or delete it.
A proper from name must be a valid name such as your or company name. Example:
From name: ABC Co.
From email: contact@abc.com
This seems to be small detail but definitely affects your delivery rate.
We have opened a facebook page for Sendloop yesterday to build an active community discussing email marketing tactics and Sendloop feature sets. Let’s come in and join us at Facebook
We will be running special discounts and promotions for our fellow Facebook page fans.
Our fellow 2009 summer intern Kubilay has spent a week on our existing Facebook app and made it even better. It’s now compatible with Facebook pages and includes several improvements in the backend.
If you have not tried Sendloop’s Facebook App before and want to start create a list of your Facebook fans, simply click the following link to go to Sendloop’s Facebook App page and add it into your profile or page:

Last week, we replaced our rich text editor with a more powerful one and improved it based on our fellow user feedbacks. Now, it’s more functional to make your email design coding even easier.
We also added a direct link to media library within the rich text editor. In this way, you can access your images with a single click and insert them into your email content quickly.
Media Library window is also improved for better browsing:
We hope you like new features and improvements. Stay tuned for more in following days.
We are enrolled in many SPAM complaint programs including Hotmail, AOL, etc. When you send an email campaign, some of your recipients may mark your email as “SPAM”. This kind of SPAM complaints are automatically detected by our system and those subscribers are removed from your lists.
You can now view how many of your subscribers have reported your email campaign as SPAM. This will give you an idea about the “quality” of your subscriber lists to avoid this kind of problems in the future.
