Thanks to everyone who have used our email design preview and tested their email designs on various email clients. So far, our email design preview service has been used more than 700 times. We are receiving positive feedbacks from our fellow users.
In the meantime, our engineers succeeded to run email design tests on a more efficient and economical environment which ended with a huge service cost decrease. So, we re-calculated the cost of our email design service and adjusted the service price.
Good news is that, you can now get benefit of our email design preview service for only $3 USD (300 Sendloop email credits). It was $9 USD until now.
We believe this will have a good impact on the usage amount of our email design preview service and help Sendloop users to make their email designs compatible with more email services.

For the last 1,5 days, Sendloop servers and 6,000 other servers were offline because of the power outage with the explosion and fire in ThePlanet.com H1 data centers (more info can be found here).
We have been in contact with ThePlanet Team during the recover process and finally they put all those 6,000 servers online in just 1,5 days. While we were quite concerned about the “offline” status of our Sendloop.com servers, we were quite confident that ThePlanet.com could handle this situation in a short time and they did!
We apologize for any inconvenience during this unexpected extra-ordinary situation and want to congratulate ThePlanet.com team for their great efforts.
This was a great experience for us too! We learned the importance of a backup “notification center” for our services. So, we opened status.sendloop.com which is on a different hosting center. You can get instant updates about the status of Sendloop servers via status.sendloop.com.
Addition to status.sendloop.com, you can also keep an eye on Twitter and Sendloop forum.
Thank you for your patience and understand. Have a nice week!

We have been working on a great feature for a few days and quite excited to introduce Sendloop’s new *key* feature which lets you to white-label your account under your own domain, product name and logo.
White labeling service costs only $29.95 per month. You can enable this service by your credit card or PayPal account.
Once your white-labeling service is enabled, you can setup your white-labeling options under “Account” link on the top right menu.

Once you setup your white-labeling options, you will be able to access your Sendloop account via your own domain/sub-domain. You can also display your own logo instead of Sendloop logo in your Sendloop account.
We hope you like this new service. We have some more ideas about our white-labeling service, will keep you updated in following weeks.
Thanks for everyone suggesting this feature.
