Email deliverability is the biggest issue that needs to be handled. Sendloop performs all available procedures to maximize your email deliverability. However, you can even increase your deliverability rate by making a few changes in your domain DNS zone.
To complete the steps described in this article, you need to have access to DNS zones of your domains you use as from email address.
SPF/SenderID settings are quite important and plays a big role on detecting your email as spam/junk or legitimate. This setting can easily be added to your domain by accessing its DNS zone and adding a TXT record with the following command:
TXT v=spf1 mx ptr include:sendloop-1.com ~all
The above line tells the recipient mail server that Sendloop servers are authorized to send emails on behalf of your from email addresses.
Leading email services such as Hotmail and AOL checks your domain SenderID settings to decide if your email is valid or not. So, we strongly recommend you to set this setting for your domains which are used in from email headers of your newsletter campaigns.
For more information about email authentication in Sendloop, please refer to Manage Account > Email Authentication section in your Sendloop account.

One of the most important and unique features of Sendloop is to preview your email design on various popular email clients before you send out your campaign.
This gives you great ability to make your email compatible with all email clients such as Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL, Outlook XP, Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 and more.
Why is it so important?
Unfortunately there’s no any email standard supported by all email clients. This means that your HTML email can be displayed different in each email client.
To avoid this, you must perform tests on each email client your subscribers use and make your newsletter compatible.
At this point, Sendloop gives you ability to perform previews on various email clients with a single click!

In just a few minutes, screen shots (both images on and images off screen shots) will be displayed on your Sendloop screen: Currently, Sendloop can take screen shots of your newsletter in following email clients:
- AOL Web
- Gmail
- Windows Live (Hotmail)
- Yahoo! Mail
- Microsoft Outlook Express
- Microsoft Outlook 2003
- Microsoft Outlook 2007 (coming soon)
- more coming soon…

Based on the amount of emails received from our fellow users, we decided to add pagination to campaign statistics. This will absolutely make easier to browse subscribers who have opened, clicked or performed any other activity on your email campaign.

If you have any other ideas or feedbacks which you believe that it will make Sendloop even easier and usable, just let us know.
