Even though you have 100% double opted-in subscriber list, sometimes your recipients may not identify your emails and click "Report As SPAM" buttons on their email clients. There are several reasons why recipients click on "Report As SPAM" links. They may no longer wish to receive emails from your side or they may not recognize you, etc.
In this kind of situations, email services (Hotmail, Yahoo!, Gmail, AOL) sends a notification to the email service. In order to receive this kind of notifications, email service must be enrolled in their partnership programs. Sendloop is fully integrated and enrolled with all major partnership programs to provide you the best spam complaint monitoring option.
Whenever a spam complaint is detected coming from one of your recipients, our system automatically marks the email address as "passive" and removes it from all future email campaigns and your lists. This ensures that your delivery rate is protected.
Sending follow-up emails to the spam complaint owner will cause your email delivery reputation to go down and you may not send any emails in the future. To protect this, Sendloop monitors spam complaints on behalf of you and keeps your lists clean, up-to-date.
When you login to your Sendloop account, you will see your overall SPAM complaint amount on the welcome page:

To see your spam complaints rate for specific campaigns, go to statistics page of your campaign and you will see the total number of spam complaints on the left side:

SPAM complaint owner email addresses are automatically removed from your lists to ensure higher delivery rate.
We monitor every single Sendloop account for the number of spam complaints they receive at a certain time frame. If you have a clean, up-to-date subscriber list, your spam complaint rate will not be high.
We inform high spam complaint rate owner user accounts and cancel their accounts if the spam complaint rate doesn't decrease at a certain time limit.
