What Is Stationery Campaign?
You are not limited to Sendloop's web based rich text editor any more. Or, you don't need to learn complex HTML coding to prepare your email on third party HTML editors. Sendloop provides a unique feature called "Stationery Campaigns".
Simply, use your favorite email application (Apple Mail, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc.) or any web based email service to create your email with fantastic templates. Then send it to your private inbox email address and Sendloop will create an email campaign of it.
It's so easy. Let's proceed step by step to create a stationery email campaign.
Open your favorite email application or email service. In this guide, we will use Apple Mail.
Click "New Message" icon on the tool bar
Select one of the stationeries (email templates) and fill in the content, add photos, do whatever you want.
Now, your email is ready. It's time to login to your Sendloop account and learn your "inbox email address"
Click "Create Campaign" link on the top menu of your Sendloop account
Then click "Stationery Campaign" link
A pop-up window will be displayed to you. In this window, you will see your unique (and private) inbox email address. Just copy that email address.
Go back to your email you have created and paste your inbox email address to "to" field:
Send your email. That's all. Within a few minutes, Sendloop will fetch your email and create a draft email campaign.
Click "Campaigns" link on the top menu of your Sendloop account and browse "Drafts" tab.
You will find your email there. Click on it and edit your email content. Add your unsubscription link and proceed with campaign creating steps.
This feature makes all email template available in third party email softwares and services ready and compatible with your Sendloop account. We hope you like it.
