Sendloop tracks the activity of your recipients and records them into your account for your review. Several recipient activities are recorded:
- Email Opens
- Link Clicks
- Unsubscriptions
- Browser Views
- Bounced Subscribers
- Forwarded Emails
In order to access your email campaign statistics, simply login to your Sendloop account and go to your campaigns list.

Click on the name of your campaign and you will be redirected to your campaign overview screen:

On the overview screen, you will be able to see time frame charts for email opens, link clicks and unsubscriptions.
To reach more detailed statistics, click "Statistics Overview" screen. You will be redirected to your campaign statistics overview screen:

On the left side, you will see the following metrics:
- Highest Open Rate
- Sendloop will analyze your campaign performance and display you the day which had the highest open rate.
- Highest Click Rate
- Sendloop will analyze your cmapaign performance and display you the day which had the highest click rate.
- SPAM Complaints
- Number of SPAM complaints occurred in this campaign. These spam complaint owner recipients will be removed from your lists.
- Recipients
- Total number of "active" recipients in the selected subscriber lists and segments. Hard bounced subscribers, unsubscribed recipients, SPAM complaint owners will be excluded from this amount.
- Delivered
- This is the number of emails delivered to recipient email addresses successfully. This number can be lower than "the "Recipients" amount because of bounce detections.
- Opened
- Number of recipients who have opened your email campaign. Sendloop will show you the email open percentage and also compare your campaign performance with your overall account performance.
- Clicked
- Number of recipents who have clicked at least one link inside your email campaign. Sendloop will show you the link click percentage as well as account overall percentage.
On the right side, you will see time frame charts for each campaign metrics:
- Email Opens
- Recipients who have opened your emails. Both unique opens (number of opened recipients) and total opens are displayed on the chart. Due to the nature of email technology, email opens can only be tracked for HTML emails. Today's almost all email clients do not show images inside HTML emails by default. In order to track the open activity, recipient needs to show images inside the received email.
- Link Clicks
- Recipients who have clicked links in your emails. Both unique link click amount (number of recipients who have clicked at least one link) and total clicks are displayed.
- Unsubscriptions
- Number of recipients who have unsubscribed from your email campaign by clicking unsubscription link inside your email or directly unsubscribing thorugh their email service.
- Browser Views
- Number of recipients who have clicked "View On Your Web Browser" link.
- Bounced Subscribers
- Number of recipients who have not received the email and returned the email back with undeliverable error. There are two bounce types. Hard bounced subscribers are permanently invalid email addresses and soft bounced subscribers are temporarily invalid email addresses (ex: over-quota mailbox).
- Forwarded Emails
- Number of recipients who have clicked "Forward To Friend" link inside your email campaign.
To view more detailed statistics for any of metrics, simply click "Details" link next to the metric title. Sendloop will show you more detailed time frame chart as well as recipients who have detected for that metric.
