Conditional Personalization
Sending personalized email definetely increases your email campaign success and conversion rate. But sending a conditionally personalized email will maximize benefits.
When you send a standard personalized email, you can insert the email address, name, country and other information about your recipient into the email you are sending.
But what about adding a prefix to the name of the recipient? For example,
Dear Mr. Smith or Dear Mrs. Smith
This can not be done with a standard personalization feature. You will need a conditional personalization to accomplish such a great personalization.
Sendloop includes powerful conditional personalization feature. You can display email content based on the condition you will define. For example, if the recipient is located in New York City, United States, you welcome your recipient by “Greetings to New York City!”
Conditional personalization is an easy task in Sendloop. Just use the following syntax in your email content (or subject):
[left_condition=right_condition,true,false]
A few examples:
[%Subscriber:CustomField10%=United States,Greetings to US,Greetings]
[%Subscriber:CustomField11%>18,You are older than 18,You must be older]
[%Subscriber:CustomField12%<10000,You should absolutely consider earning more,Good!]
These’re a few examples from tens of usage methods.
