Highrise Integration
Highrise is a web-based CRM and contact management service. You can track contacts, leads, customers, vendors and other with Highrise easily.
Sendloop is now fully integrated with Highrise. This means that, you can easily import your Highrise contacts into Sendloop subscriber lists within a minute!
The integration process is quite straight forward. Just follow these easy steps to complete the integration.
Important: We assume that you have an Highrise account already. If you don’t have any, you can sign-up for free here.
- Login to your Sendloop account
- Click “Integrations” link on the main menu

- Click “Highrise” tab
- Click “Enable Highrise Integration” checkbox to enable the integration

- Enter your Highrise user login information including username, password and your account sub-domain
- Select what to do when a duplicate email address gets detected during import process. You can either let Sendloop to update the existing subscriber or ignore it.
- Select the target Sendloop subscriber list you have in your account to import contacts.
- Once you select the target subscriber list, Sendloop will display you the list of available Highrise fields and mapping lists.
- Map your Sendloop subscriber list fields with Highrise fields.
- Click “Proceed and Import” button
Sendloop will start fetching contacts from your Highrise account and then importing into your target subscriber list.
Once process gets completed, you will see a status update message on the screen about the number of total successfull import amount, total duplicates and total faileds.
Sendloop Facebook Application: My Email List
Thanks for your interest on Sendloop’s Facebook application which is named as “My Email List”.
My Email List Facebook application allows you to insert email subscription form into your account profile and let your friends to subscribe by entering their email addresses and clicking “Subscribe” button.
How to install My Email List Facebook application?
Open your web browser and type the following URL:
http://apps.facebook.com/sendloop
Facebook will ask you to login (if you are not logged in already) and then request confirmation for installing the application. Accept the request and proceed.
Once My Email List is installed in your Facebook account, you will see the My Email List icon the left side navigation:
Click on “My Email List” icon. A new page will be displayed which is asking for your Sendloop account information.
If you don’t have a free Sendloop account already, please visit Sendloop.com and sign-up for free. Sign-up process takes only 10 seconds and it’s completely free.
You will need to enter your Sendloop account API key, account URL, target subscriber list ID and name custom field ID number (optional).
To learn your API key, login to your Sendloop account and click “Manage Account” link on the right top menu.
You can see your API key at the bottom:
Copy and paste your API key to the field in your Facebook My Email List application.
Then enter the URL of your Sendloop account without any slash at the end. For example,
http://dummy.sendloop.com
Introduction Message is the message which will be displayed in your profile page above the email address request form. A descriptive message will help your friends to understand the purpose of subscription. For example;
“Please sign-up to my mail list by entering your email address below. I will infiorm you about my events and latest updates by email. Thank you.”
Now, you will need to enter the ID number of your target subscriber list. All subscriptions will be made to this subscriber list ID. Click “Lists” link on the main menu in your Sendloop account. If you don’t have a mail list yet, just create one.
Click to the name of your subscriber list and then click “Edit List Settings” link. Subscriber list ID will be displayed on the screen:
Copy the list ID to your My Email List Facebook application.
For the last step, if you want to store the name of your friend in your subscriber list and then send personalized emails to your friends, just go back to list overview page in your Sendloop account and click “Custom Fields” menu item.
Then click over the target custom field to see its details. At the bottom, you will see the personalization tag. The number before the last % character is the custom field ID. For the following example, the custom field ID is 10:
Copy and paste the number (only number please) to your My Email List Facebook application page and then click “Save” button.
My Email List Facebook application settings will be saved and your profile subscription form will be updated.
A similar subscription form will be displayed in your profile page:

Shopify WebHook Integration
Shopify.com is one of the worlds leading hosted e-commerce platform serving to thousands of businesses and individuals world-wide. You can open an online store easily and start selling online.
Sendloop makes easy to integrate your Shopify online store customer base with your Sendloop account with a few clicks. With this unique feature, you will be able to create subscriber lists which are filled with your customer information (email address, name, etc.) automatically once you make a purchase in your Shopify online store.
To integrate your Shopify online store with Sendloop account, simply follow these easy steps:
- Be sure you have already created a subscriber list in Sendloop
- Login to your Sendloop account
- Click “Integration” on the top menu

- Check the “Enable Shopify.com integration” checkbox and integration settings will be displayed
- You will see your Shopify.com WebHook URL. Take a note of it. You will need it while adding the WebHook in your Shopify.com admin area.

- Select the target subscriber list you wish to add your new Shopify.com customers
- Based on the selected list, Sendloop will list you available Shopify fields (fields that are transferred through Shopify.com) and their corresponding Sendloop fields. They are grouped under 3 subjects: Personal Information, Address Information and Purchase Information
- Map Sendloop fields with Shopify fields you wish to add into your subscriber list.
- You may create custom fields under your subscriber list to map more Shopify fields.
- Once you are done with field mapping, simply click “Save” button.
That’s all. Your Sendloop account is now ready for receiving signals from your Shopify.com online store.
Now, you need to setup your Shopify.com store to send signals to your Sendloop account once a purchase occurs. To do this, follow these easy steps:
- Login to your Shopify admin area
- Click “Preferences” on the top right menu
- Click “Email Notifications” on the right menu

- Click “Add Subscription” link

- Select “WebHook” from the options

- Enter the WebHook URL that you have noted in your Sendloop Integration page

That’s all. Now, Sendloop will subscribe incoming customer information from your Shopify online store to the subscriber list you have set in integration settings.
