Shopify Integration

If you own a shop on Shopify, then you can integrate your Shopify account with your Sendloop account and populate your subscriber lists with your customer contact details. In this way, you can send targeted email campaigns, track responses and increase your revenue.

In order to integrate your Sendloop and Shopify accounts, login to both of your accounts and follow these steps:

Setting Up Your Sendloop Account

1. Login to your Sendloop account

2. Click "Integration" link on the top menu

   

3. Click "Shopify" tab

   

4. Check "Enable Shopify Integration" box

   

5. Sendloop will show you additional information regarding the integration.

   

   Shopify WebHook URL

   Copy this URL. You will need it while setting up your Shopify account for integration.

   Existing Subscriber Behaviour

   Decide what to do if the email address already exists in your list. Sendloop can ignore the new data or update the existing with the new one.

   Target Subscriber List

   Select the subscriber list where you wish to store the subscriber data received from your Shopify account.

6. Once you select a subscriber list, Sendloop will show you data fields coming from your Shopify account and your Sendloop subscriber fields. Match the correct fields and leave the rest as "Skip this field" to ignore them.

7. Once your integration settings are correct, click "Save" button.

That's all for Sendloop side. Your Sendloop account is now ready and waiting for data from your Shopify account.

Setting Up Your Shopify Account

To create a web hook go to the Preferences / Email & Notifications area of your shop and click Add Subscription. Once this opens you will be asked for the type of subscription in a drop down box, select Webhook XML Post. You will then see a new box appear where you can configure the URL For the Webhook.

Paste the web hook URL you have copied from your Sendloop integration settings above.

Shopify will call the URL you provide here every time an order is placed. Sendloop will fetch the data and subscribe to the selected subscriber list.
