What is Wufoo?
With their words, "Wufoo strives to be the easiest way to collect information over the Internet.". It's a well built, well designed form service. You can create all kinds of web forms from contact forms to surveys, polls to purchase forms and manage the entries.
Sendloop is integrated with Wufoo to help you send trackable email campaigns to your form applicants. Within a few minutes, your Wufoo integration will be completed and you will start building a subscriber list filled with Wufoo form applicants data. This gives you a great marketing power which is trackable.
Integration Instructions
Integration consists of two parts. The first part is setting up your contact form in your Wufoo account. The second part is setting up the integration in your Sendloop account.
Follow the following steps to complete the integration:
Login to your Sendloop account
Click "Integration" link on the top menu
Click "Wufoo" tab on the screen
You will see your "Web Hook URL" on the page. Copy it. You will need to set it in your Wufoo settings.
Scroll down and find the target list you wish to integrate with your Wufoo form.
On your subscriber list part, there are two important points. The first one is Web Hook Handshake Key. Copy it. You will need to set it in your Wufoo settings.
The second point is, the field mapping part. In this part, you map your Wufoo form fields with your subscriber list fields. It's important, otherwise integration will not be possible. To set the field mapping, proceed with the following steps.
Open a new web browser window (or tab) and login to your Wufoo account
Click "Notifications" link of your target Wufoo form
Wufoo will show you several integration options. On the right, you will see "to Another Application" integration box. Select "WebHook" from the drop list in that box and click "Add Integration" button.
Once you click the "Add Integration" button, Wufoo will add a new green box to your screen.
Enter the Web Hook URL you have copied from your Sendloop integration screen to here.
Enter the Web Hook Handshake Key you have copied from your Sendloop integrations screen to the second field.
Click "Save" button the integration box.
That's all. You have just integrated your Wufoo form with your Sendloop subscriber list. It's now time to setup the field mapping. Field mapping process will tell Sendloop what Wufoo form fields must be captured and added into your subscriber list.
Click "Code" link under form in your Wufoo account
Click "API Information" button
Wufoo will show you an API key and fields. Numbers on the left side of fields represent their corresponding ID numbers.
In your Sendloop Wufoo integration settings page, enter the ID numbers next to each corresponding Sendloop field.
Once you are done, click "Save" button to save your Sendloop Wufoo integration settings.
That's all. By now, Wufoo will start notifying your Sendloop account for every new form applicant data. Your Sendloop subscriber lists will be populated automatically with the new data.
