Suppression List
Basically, suppression list is an exclude list for each one of your subscriber lists. Email addresses included in suppression lists will be excluded from outgoing emails. There are a few essentials about suppression lists:
- Every subscriber list has its own suppression list
- Suppression list of a subscriber list gets activated when you send an email campaign to that subscriber list
To browse suppression list of one of your subscriber list, simply go to “Browse Subscriber Lists” screen and enter to the details of your subscriber list. Then click “Browse Subscribers” link and on the right side you will notice the “Suppression List” box:

To browse your suppression list entries, simply click “Browse” link. To add new entries, click “Add entries” link.
When you browse your suppression entries, you may notice different suppression entry types in your list such as “Administrative”, “SPAM Complaint” or “your account name”.
You can only delete suppression entries which are added by you (ones that have your name in “type” column). “Administrative” and “SPAM Complaint” suppression list entries can not be removed and they will be excluded from all outgoing campaigns.
