Customer Accounts

If you are sending email campaigns on behalf of your customers, you can provide campaign statistics to your customer. This unique features allows you to provide better service to your customer.

You can create unlimited customer accounts and assign them to multiple campaigns. Once your customer logs into the private customer area, they will view the overall statistics about their campaigns. This feature will save your time, you will no longer need to send campaign statistics to your customer manually.

Setting Up Customer Accounts

After logging into your Sendloop account, click "Settings" link on the top menu.

Click "Customer Accounts" link on the right menu:

Click "Create Customer Account" button and fill in the form. Once you click "Create Customer Account" button, customer account will be created and you will be redirected to your customer account list.

Assigning Customers To Campaigns

Customer accounts can be assigned to your campaigns through "Campaign Settings" section of your campaign. If you are creating a new campaign, simply click "Customers" tab on campaign settings step.

Select customer accounts you wish to give access to your campaign statistics and proceed with creating your email campaign.

If you editing an existing campaign, simply go to dashboard of your campaign and click "Campaign Statistics" link.

Customer Area

Your customers can access to their area through the following URL:

http://youraccount.sendloop.com/customer/
Please replace "youraccount" with your account sub-domain.

A white-label login screen will be displayed to your customer. They will need to enter the username/password you have set while creating their account.

Once login is successful, list of campaigns assigned to their account will be listed.

To view the overall campaign statistics, they will need to click on the name of a campaign in the list.

To contact the account owner (you), click "Contact" link and fill-in the form. Account owner will receive an email from the customer account.

To change the username/password and personal information, click "Settings" link.
