In order to import (add) subscribers into your Sendloop account, you will need following steps to be completed:
Once you are ready to import your email addresses, be sure that you have prepared your list in CSV (Comma Separated Values). Many applications (Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.) gives you opportunity to export your data in CSV format.
Here's an example CSV file contents:
First Name,Last Name,Email Address,Age,Country
Elizabeth,Crist,elizabeth@test.com,32,United States
Ronald,Stanley,ronald@test.com,43,United States
Raul,Pritchard,raul@test.com,28,United States
Once your CSV data file is ready, follow these steps:
- Login to your Sendloop account
Click "Lists" top menu item

Click on the name of your target subscriber list
Click "Add Subscriber" menu item on the overview page of your subscriber list

Sendloop will ask you the data source. You can copy & paste your CSV data into the text area or upload it from your computer

Once you have selected the correct data source, read the terms and conditions and check the "agree" box.
After hitting "Continue" button, Sendloop will receive your CSV data and analyze it. Based on your CSV data, it will display you the fields in your CSV data and custom fields you have set in your subscriber list

Connect fields in your CSV data with custom fields in your subscriber list. If you don't want to import any field, just set it to "[Skip this field]" option.
Once all fields are mapped and linked, click "Add Subscribers" button.
Sendloop will process your CSV data and import your subscribers based on the field mapping settings you have set in the previous step.
Once the import process is completed, a status report screen will be displayed to you:

That's all. Your contacts have been imported into your list.
