Suppression Lists

Suppresion list (in other words "Do not send email" list) is useful if you have a list of email addresses that needs to be excluded from your campaign deliveries, simply add them into your suppression lists.

There is one suppression list for each subscriber list you have created. Suppression list of subscriber list #1 will not have any affect on subscriber list #2.

Adding Email Addresses Into Suppression List

It's similar to subscriber import process. After logging into your Sendloop account, go to the dashboard of your target subscriber list and follow these steps:

1. Click "Browse Subscribers" link

   

2. Click "Add entries into suppression list" link on the right menu

   

3. Copy & paste your email addresses into the text area and click "Continue" button

   

   Separate each new email address with a line break.

4. Once the process is completed, a success message will be shown to you.

   

You can import maximum 1,000 suppression list entries at a time. If you have a larger list, try importing in smaller chunks.
