This is a great opportunity to give your brand a personality beyond business. It is also a great way to be recognized by more people. You can inform your clients through personalized holiday emails.
10. Mails regarding the coming year
Use the holiday season to inform your clients about the changes being made since last year. Ask your clients what they are expecting in the coming year. You can also announce some changes for coming up year.
11. Holiday best wishes to your clients
You can send a greeting card on behalf of your entire team.
12. Be mobile friendly
Your email campaigns must be easy to act upon on mobile devices. If you’re sending coupons or discounts to your customers and allowing them to use it on their mobile devices will provide the communication easier.
13. Get social
You need to be social in order to share latest news; discounts or sales with your customers. There are many social sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Youtube. You can use those sites to promote your business, keep in touch with your customers and to build a strong relationship with them.
