The Brand New Subscriber Import Process, New Billing Page and More!

It’s been a while since we’ve updated our blog. That’s because we’re working diligently to complete and deploy all the new features we’re currently working on for Sendloop. We’re finally starting to roll out some of these features to all of Sendloop’s account users.

Today I’ll introduce you to three improvements that have been deployed. Those improvements are as follows:

Upgrades and downgrades: We received numerous complaints regarding monthly plan upgrades and downgrade procedures. Thanks to our new payment gateway, we were able to automate these two processes. Sendloop account users can now easily upgrade or downgrade their monthly plan subscriptions – all with a single click. Simply click the small “billing” link at the top of the right menu and -voila!- you’re done.

Subscriber import: The second new feature is the brand new subscriber import process. Developed from scratch, we made this process as simple as possible. You no longer have to create a target list and custom fields prior to starting the import process. Instead everything is done during the import process.

To experience the import process, click the “add subscribers’ link at the top of the menu. You’ll be able to create lists, custom fields, and 37 Signals Highrise/Google contacts authorizations on the fly. We hope you’ll like this new feature – we do!

Feature Request Pool: The last improvement we made this week is a feature request pool – just for our users! We truly value what our customers think about Sendloop. It’s through our customers that we learn what frustrates and makes them happy about Sendloop. That’s why we always try to find a better way to communicate with our users.

We’ve integrated the leading feature request management service, UserVoice, to our system. Once you log into your Sendloop account, you’ll see the “feedback” badge on the right side. Click this badge to open a small pop-up window. It will ask for your thoughts, new feature requests, and comments. You can contribute to Sendloop’s future by posting new requests and voting on existing ones.

This feature is still new, so we don’t have many contributions yet. However, don’t by shy; shoot us your thoughts! We’ll definitely be responding to them.

We’re not finished yet … we’re still working on several new features. They will be completed, tested and deployed in the weeks to come.

These upcoming features are:

  • The state-of-the-art new User interface (currently being tested by a select group of Sendloop users)
  • A powerful and easy-to-use  campaign creation section (I’m sure you’ll love this feature a lot!)
  • A powerful campaign/subscriber reporting
